Passover with Sammy Spider and the Children of Early Childhood Center of the JCC of Dallas

“Our continued exploration with Sammy. Each class was encouraged to make a center piece for our School-wide Community Passover Experience. Gan Shalom wanted to make one with Sammy, so they fashioned a spiderweb using two paper towel holders and some yarn and perched Sammy on top. Many of them also wanted to draw their own Sammy Spider. Happy Passover!”

“Today we used golf tees in a styrofoam block and yarn to make more webs. As you can see, there is a little “sammy” on one of them.”

“Today we read Sammy’s First Passover and the children wanted to make spider webs like Sammy did. THEY LOVE Sammy!”

Special Thanks to their teacher Laurel Burch Fisher at the Sherry and Ken Goldberg Family Early Childhood Center at the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas for sharing.  Happy Passover to everyone!
