Mishpacha Celebration with Sammy Spider’s First Shabbat and First Book of Prayers earlier this month. A wonderful family day at Temple Beth Torah, sponsored by PJ Library and the Jewish Federation of Ventura County. At the Mishpacha Celebration, families received a copy of Sammy Spider’s First Book of Prayers. We had a Sammy Spider craft project and sang the prayers, including Ye’varech’cha “May G-d watch over you and bring you a life happiness and peace.”
